Personal facts belong in your profile rather than in the shared app content. This is the first separation needed for a public version.
Gender, preferred reference word, and pronouns are separate. The app normally speaks directly to you as you. It never guesses pronouns from gender and never changes quotations, Scripture, prayer texts, organization names, or skill names such as DEAR MAN.
Recovery tools work without a sobriety date. A date is used only when you want milestone/day-count tracking.
